Technology just amazes me!
Monday, February 23, 2009 at 04:37PM A few months ago I was wandering around on the web and came across the most amazing little idea. It's called Site Pal, and is animated video 'personnel' that can speak to the visitors on your website. I thought it was great, and made a note of it.
Over the last weekend I finally had a chance to do some updating on my website, and guess who I 'hired'! My own little animation, with the same blonde hair as me and features I could pick and choose.
If you get a chance, go check her out! I have just started to work with this new technology, but I really think it's a neat idea. I hope you will too! You program them to talk by entering info into your own mic, calling in on the phone, or just typing the information. I need to buy a good microphone, so right now she talks by information I typed in (I tried the phone, but I didn't think that was as clear). I know you will agree she just looks exactly like me (you can actually send a photo to them!!).
